Seven ways of sharing the sky
UPS in Space runs many free activities around astronomy, as varied as they are absorbing. Whatever your age or your level, there is always one for you.
What we do
Talks
General public, free
Given by members, by researchers from IRAP and by guests, open to everyone.
Observing
General public, free
Daytime and night-time sessions depending on the weather, with the association’s equipment and members on hand.
Workshops and training
Members
Getting to grips with the equipment, astrophotography software, finding your way by eye.
Sharing evenings
Members
Every Tuesday evening, in a room at the university: astronomy, space news and board games.
Visiting the pic du Midi
Members
And other facilities: the Jolimont observatory, CNES, IRAP.
National events

Nuit des Étoiles, Jour de la Nuit, Rencontres du Ciel et de l’Espace: the association runs observing and workshops at each.
